Jennifer Shryock is a master certified coach specializing in career and life fulfillment. I am looking for an OBM or Expert Virtual Assistant to add to my team.

As OBM, you will run specific day-to-day activities, including project and operation management. You’ll be both a big-picture thinker AND doer.

The right person will apply and implement strategies to grow the brand, attract clients and make business simple.

The main purpose of this position is to free the business owner from distractions so she can work on higher-value tasks and move toward the original vision for the company, all while knowing everything else is moving proficiently and smoothly.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Prides themselves in ability to strategize and execute elements of online marketing and digital funnels, including managing a group membership, workshops and courses, email nurturing, and FB ads
  • Plans ahead, is detail-oriented and organized, and feels confident handling project deadlines and budgets, making decisions, solving problems, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and alerting the owner when issues arise
  • Nerds out on tech integrations to make business smooth and quick for the owner and clients
  • Tests systems to verify they work, identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Loves writing and repurposing content, can easily capture and create voice and messaging for Jennifer’s job searching and career pivoting clients
  • Has availability for 4-5 hours per week, with room to grow with the company as we grow

This position is NOT for you if:

  • You are new to online business
  • You’d rather take orders or give them, rather than strategize and implement
  • You’re only looking for a short-term or temporary position
  • You already have a full schedule, often experience overwhelm, and wouldn’t be able to fully and enthusiastically commit to our work or additional hours as workload expands
  • You haven’t written for marketing, don’t know the best practices for sales pages and emails, memberships

To start, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Goal: Help acquire first 100 members to existing digital membership
  • Write and create sales pages for digital products and membership
  • Connect Kajabi sales pages with ConvertKit tags and email sequences
  • Repurpose live email sequences and other content for evergreen digital products
  • Create FB ads and other campaigns to promote workshops, lead magnets
  • Audit digital products and membership content to improve customer experience

The IDEAL person would also:

  • Love the work, brings high energy/enthusiasm, and manages workload and schedule with aplomb
  • Be familiar with the life/mindset/career coaching realm , or be interested and ready to geek out on niche expertise
  • Is well-versed in Kajabi, ConvertKit, WordPress, Searchie, and VideoAsk

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. In order to be considered for this position, you must be willing to do a (paid) sample exercise as well as submit writing samples.
